‘Lanterns by the Sea’ boasts an unrivalled seafront setting and offers fresh and appetising meals – a combination of local specialities and international favourites – throughout the day.
Leisurely breakfasting invites you to help yourself from an extensive buffet, including fresh fruits, pastries and hot dishes. Choose a light lunch or something more substantial to set you up for an afternoon’s beach activities or watersports.
Elegant casual dining is offered in the evening and vegetarian and children’s menus are available every day.
Be sure to make The Monday Manager’s Cocktail Party, with its delicious BBQ and Caribbean Steelpan accompaniment. On Thursday nights diners can enjoy a spectacular floorshow of dancing, limbo, fire eating and much more while they sample a beautiful Caribbean buffet meal.
‘Water’s Edge’ as its name suggests, offers intimate dining with the cooling breeze and lapping waters as a backdrop to amazing local and international cuisine and excellent service.
Dinner is available Saturday to Thursday evenings and Wednesdays and Saturdays feature talented local singers and musical accompaniment.
